Bubbly mixture formed in a SFD executing circular centerd orbits

The animation above corresponds to one cycle of motion of a small SFD executing a circular centered orbit with a dimensionless orbit radius of about 0.6 at a whirl frequency of 1 Hz. The damper is fed with a bubbly mixture of air in oil to simulate the air entrianment that occurs at high speeds at a speed that could be captured with the video camera. The above picture has a magnification factor of 1.5x. The same cycle of motion is repeated over and over to emulate continuous motion.
